VINTAGE - 2025
VARIETY - 100% Grenache
REGION - Clare Valley
Vineyard
Hand-picked from incredible 80-year-old Grenache bush vines in the Clare Valley. The 2025 vintage was cool and mild resulting in a late, long and even ripening period, ideal for producing wines of concentrated flavours while maintaining the delicacy and elegance typical of fine rose wines.
Winemaking
Grapes were hand picked and briefly held on skins before gentle pressing into barrel. The pale pink juice was fermented wild in 5% new French oak and balance neutral French Oak, where it was matured and lees stirred for 3 months to add layers of texture and depth to the vibrant fruit. The result is a somewhat complex wine that is aromatic, textural and interesting.

The Wine
This salmon pink rosé is delicate and fragrant, with lifted raspberry, watermelon and strawberry on the nose overlaying hints of sweet spices. The palate is refreshing featuring bright flavours of pink grapefruit, elderflower and red apple with crisp acidity and a delicate, saline structure which gives the wine finesse and length while the textural creaminess, from lees stirring and time in oak, means it can be enjoyed with food.
“It's tightly wound and racy, crisp and very dry... Appropriately understated and very good.”
